STORE POLICIES

Late Fee: $50 will be added if you are more than 15 minutes late + your remaining balance for any session more than 30 minutes
Cancellation: If you are 15 minutes late to a mini session, there is a $50 cancellation fee + remaining balance. If you are more than 30 minutes late to an hour session, cancellation fee is $75 + remaining balance. 
Late & Cancellation: A new deposit will have to be made to reschedule. 
A consultation is required for each session. 
All services are final ; no refunds and complimentary services may be negotiated. 
Travel fee: an additional $25 will be added if the location is more than 30 minutes away from Nashville.
Traveling more than an hour outside of Nashville, traveling fee will vary.
